How do 'very realistic' fake flowers sell in your place? Is it something that is popular or do you just not entertain them? Your thoughts appreciated

I'm wondering what you would usually expect to pay for full time staff at the following levels:

   1. Some floristry qualifications, but no shop experience.
   2. Floristry qualifications combined with some shop experience (A year working as P/T on Saturdays).
   3. No qualifications, but 3 years full time shop experience and can demonstrate good shop knowledge and floristry skill.
   4. Same as 3, but also has qualifications.

I think some contributions from local TAFE colleges would be helpful.  This would help me as a florist to keep up to date with the cutting edge floral information.

I didn't get to the flower show this year but I have been before and had a wonderful time.

Does anyone have any comments on the different relay services for florists.  I use Petals Network and have been very happy with their reliable service.  Has any one else got any comments?

I too want to know what the Melbourne Flower Festival was like.  I saw a news article in the TW3 section of this site about it and am curious to know what went on???
